Breakfast - Apple Crisp (all gone now, not sure what I am going to do tomorrow :))

Lunch - Grilled chick Sandwich and Caesar Salad
Snack - 6 mini-chocolates (doh!!)
Supper - Pulled Pork Sandwich
Snack - Nothing
Water - 2 Bottles
Exercise - 1 loop around the block, moved furniture in Master Bedroom.
