Lunch - Leftover Koryo (Rice, chicken, broccoli)
Snack - 2 cookies
Supper - too much. 2 big burgers, shrimp, fries.
Snack - nothing?
Water - 4 glasses
Exercise - 1 loop around block 45 minutes.
